Not only is Italy the reigning European champion, they have won the World Cup four times and have been runner-up twice, while also picking up third and fourth place. They have been European Champions two more times and were in third place in the Confederations Cup in 2013 and at the Nations League in 2021.

Italian coaches

Italian managers are the most successful in European Football, especially in competitions such as the Champions League. In recent years, some of the better coaches are Fabio Capello, Massimiliano Allegri, Claudio Ranieri, Carlo Ancelotti, and Antonio Conte.

Claudio Ranieri did something nobody expected when he won the Premier League with Leicester City in 2015-2016. Carlo Ancelotti has been the trainer of Everton, SSC Napoli, FC Bayern München, Paris Saint Germain, Chelsea, AC Milan, Juventus and more. Momentarily he is the head coach of Real Madrid. Ancelotti became the first manager to win the Champions League four times. He did this twice with AC Milan and twice with Real Madrid.

Antonio Conte has been Inter, Chelsea, Italy, Juventus, Atalanta and more. He won the Serie A multiple times with Juventus and once with Inter. Besides that, he won the Premier League with Chelsea. Also, he won the Serie B with Bari, which was his first prize.
